Blockchain technology is arguably the best invention since the advent of the Internet. It is through the application of this technology in conjunction with artificial intelligence and the Internet of things that a new economy can be created in which the interaction is carried out between smart devices. The use of blockchain technology makes it possible to exclude intermediaries and move to a decentralized system that ensures the transition of society to a high standard of living.
To implement the existing idea it is necessary to combine these technologies into a single network. This approach will allow to process a large flow of data that is transmitted from billions of devices around the world. So far, no solution that integrates all these technologies has been presented.
To solve all the problems listed above and provide people with many useful tools, experts have developed the WISE project.

Wise Network is a project that intends to provide high quality services to people in all spheres of life. To bring their idea to life, the developers have created a special device that combines all of the above technologies and is called Ansuz Chip. The device consists of several components:
● a processor that has multiple connectors to connect and runs on a Board running Linux;
● storage of private keys for access to your wallet and the interaction with the Blockchain Wise;
● the processor for faster operations of neural networks.

All Anzus Chip devices will transmit data through their own network. The information on the platform will be processed with the help of artificial intelligence, which makes it possible to recognize speech, different codes and texts. The data will be analyzed and compared with other information to optimize the actions of the platform users.
Tools and functions of the platform can be applied in various spheres of people's lives:
● the system can find and pay for a Parking space for your car;
● the platform allows you to select the best route for cargo transportation,helps to execute all documents and reduces the price of the service;
● the system analyzes and offers recommendations for the treatment of patients;
● with the Internet of things, you can manage planting and harvesting. This will be a very useful feature for farmers.

All data received from various devices will be protected from third parties by a special technology that guarantees the change of information and ensures reliability. The system will encrypt the information using a special algorithm and protect the connection within the network. Smart contracts will be used to perform various operations.
The creators of the project released their chip in several versions:
● chip installed on the SIM card for smartphones, which gives smartphone users new functions;
● motherboard for gadgets;
● small black boxes.

The main means of payment within the platform will be WSE tokens. Pre-sale of tokens will begin on April 19 and continue until June 19, 2019. The public sale will start on July 19 and will last until September 30, 2019.
