Overview
CGCX (CALFIN GLOBAL CRYPTO EXCHANGE) is a platform which aims to provide services to the everyday user or trader. It is a cryptocurrency exchange platform where all-in-one exchange is being done by users to buy and sell the different digital currencies under their platform. Users can buy cryptocurrency from their fiat currencies. The main aim of CGCX is to provide all transaction services in the crypto world where users can easily trade their cryptocurrency to fiat and vice versa with security.

CGCX Platform
With the help of blockchain technology, CGCX providing four platforms which offers variety of services to its customers. They are –

1. Crypto Exchange – CGCX providing 24/7 trading platform with security which enables rapid and continuous trading of cryptocurrencies to fiat and vice versa. A platform where users have the option to buy and sell of digital currency and they send and request any type of supported currencies. Through the wire transfer users can deposit and withdraw their bitcoin either by deposit address or by scanning a QR code. This process will work on two-factor authentication where users are having second security layer to re-confirm their identities to reducing fraud risks. Advanced UI is specially designed for professional traders which is used by institutional investors.
2. ICO Listing – This is hybrid platform where users not only trade with cryptos but also allows new alternate coin (altcoin) token issuers to list their tokens for trading. The process goes as new tokens will be listed on their pool voting system where CGCX team will be doing due diligence about the new tokens. After approval tokens will be available for voting for the users under their platform and based on users voting results, the tokens will be listed on the CGCX platform.
3. Merchant Solutions – It is platform where CGCX are connecting the users with their merchant partners. CGCX data analysis will analyse and provide the insights on customer behaviour, spending patterns and trend analysis to merchants so they can better prepare and offer to the users according to their needs. Merchants can start accepting payments in cryptocurrency by installing CGCX POS application where merchants can start to promote their products and services to the cryptocurrency users all over the world.
4. Smart Contracts – By introducing blockchain technology, CGCX eliminating current contract system which is paper-based where high transaction cost, frauds will happen easily. CGCX providing smart contracts for execution of payments automatically without any middlemen or third party.

CGCX Token
It is an integral part of this CGCX ecosystem where tokens will be issued on the Ethereum blockchain using smart contract. CGCX tokens is a utility token where it will be used as centre of exchange for Merchant transactions and in Smart Contract Application. They are also being used in voting system of Altcoin listing. Exchange platform users get discounts on CGCX platform while paying with their CGCX tokens.

Anandh Swami – CEO – He is a technocrat and veteran fund manager specialized in technical analysis with more than 25 years of experience in markets. He also has distinguished experience in India/UAE equity markets as well as in Global Currency futures and options markets.

Subramanyeswara Sarma – CFO – He has extensive 14 years’ experience in Corporate Finance and Investment Management. He is an MBA graduate with specialization in Finance and Investments. He raised US$ 150mn capital for enterprise technology business in Dubai and managed a large family office fund worth US$ 300mn, investing in listed and private equity.

Don Asok – CTO – He is a specialist in Big Data eco-system strategy, collaboration, and implementation and has multiple product developments to his credit that use integrated analytics solutions. He is a Social Media and Digital Marketing Strategist and managed Projects with prestigious companies like Changi Airport Singapore, HP, NTU, and Dell.
