Education is the fundamental base of human life. It transformed us into civilized beings and gives a better understanding about everything. Every year millions of students graduates and earn their degrees. Most of them wanted to enter into professional life and they choose to devote themselves for the job. This trend is followed by most of the graduates and they search relevant jobs every year.

Problems

Even attaining a professional degree and having knowledge and skills to perform every given task, not everyone will get their dream jobs in their favourite work area. It is not possible for everyone to get a job immediately after the graduation from the institutes especially in their core field. This is because there are many hidden challenges, such as:
• after completing the magistracy or graduation students will receive few proposals to appear for the job and to develop their skills and make their career better;
• many a times students specialisations are narrow that they have very limited or no idea about where to go, thus they end up in selected organization's;
• even if having a narrow specialisation, if any vacancy becomes available, huge number of students appear for the proposed job. Thus, it becomes very much difficult for organization's to select highly skilled candidate for the job;

To solve all the above mentioned problems a team of experts have created a platform called GOOREO, for students who are just graduated from the school or University. It is a decentralized platform which provides a healthy atmosphere for students to find relevant jobs and lead their career.

The main aim of the GOOREO project is to create a decentralized blockchain technology powered platform for graduates and employers to find each other conveniently by analysing the authentic data. This creates a secured and transparent platform where students can find authentic jobs in their relevant area.

Principle of operation

GOOREO provides an ultimate platform for graduates and organisations or corporations, thus companies who are in search of a high skilled fresh graduates who are intended to work for the development of their company can easily find them. To understand how GOOREO platform algorithms works and how one side of the coin contacts with the other side, that is the edge of every coin.

1. In order to begin, you have to register on the GOOREO platform. After registering you need to fill your resume profile, academic details, your achievements and your skills etc on the platform;
2. On the other hand, company employers also need to fill a similar profile containing, vacancy details, professional skills required, work experience required, working hours, salary expectation and whether they were ready to work in remote areas etc;
3. It also provides convenience for students, they will now have a decentralized platform where they have an opportunity to search for available vacancies in the relevant field. They can now bypass all the restrictions present in the centralized platforms;
4. Once the graduates finds a suitable job and the company employer finds that he/she fulfills the ongoing vacancy requirements, then a employment contract will be made between them by GOOREO upon their wishes. They can rate the quality of the service provided by the GOOREO.;
